I enjoyed my stay at this hotel which provided a very cool atmosphere and plenty of fun things to do. While the staff were mostly friendly, there were some moments of arrogance from the reception team which was a bit frustrating. The kids definitely loved the water slides, although I did wish for a slightly better dining experience. Overall, I felt it was a decent value for the price I paid, but be prepared for some hiccups.
